The Paris and Vienna based Dietmar Feichtinger Architectes newly finnished the recent sales and financial center for voestalpine in Linz / Austria. The curved cantilevered establishing is an accretion to the existing ‘Blue Tower’ jointly the two complementary constructions build the entry to the plant of voestalpine, among the directing steel merges.

The construction is looked already from a far space. The cantilever of some storeys including the entrance arena of the construction is an inviting motion. It represents the aspiration of a modern and creative firm. The open approach arena is a forum. The fresh sales and financial centre of the gentle incline below the cantilever heads into a spacious hall.
The ground level is committed to help for all employees of the firm stores, travel authority, library, and documentation. A walkway ensuring the inner curve of the construction sorts a plaza.
Approach to the upstairs degrees is limited. Transversally the construction is shares in 3 zonas:
Personal offices are located near to the facades. A centre zone assists for meetings, supplies space for group work covering replicate installations and small coffee arenas. Inner atriums are open over all levels. They supply natural light for the internal zones and separate the construction in divisions. Every atrium is closed by a glass hood. Hood merged opening wings assist for natural ventilation system of the office space (chimney impact). The atriums are planted.
